Sierra Hayes is the Administrative Assistant at Dopl Technologies. A Certified Scrum Master with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, Sierra is known for her creative problem-solving, strong communication skills, and ability to deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As the daughter of a healthcare administrator and a first responder, Sierra has witnessed firsthand the impact that limited access to healthcare can have on communities. She believes there is a critical need to expand healthcare access in rural areas and is dedicated to helping Dopl democratize healthcare for everyone.
Prior to her current role, Sierra served as a Project Manager at Food Business Consulting, she ensured the success of complex food projects through meticulous coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Sierra honed her expertise in talent acquisition at DISH Network, where she sourced and hired diverse early career talent across multiple business functions, building strong relationships with stakeholders and serving as a dedicated brand ambassador. With extensive experience in higher education, Sierra spent several years at the University of Arkansas’s Walton College of Business as Lead Recruiter and Program Administrator. There, she spearheaded strategic recruitment initiatives, managed large budgets, supervised student ambassador teams, and developed impactful outreach programs to engage thousands of prospective students nationwide. She also served as an Instructor, guiding students to success through innovative teaching methods and a commitment to student development.
Fun facts: Originally from Arkansas and now proud to call Colorado home, Sierra embraces the adventure and beauty of the outdoors. On weekends, you’ll often find her paddleboarding, hiking, or soaking in nearby hot springs. A dedicated traveler, she’s explored multiple countries—including studying abroad in Spain, one of her most cherished life experiences—and plans to visit every country in the world someday.
