Sierra Hayes is the Operations Manager at Dopl Technologies, where she serves as the operational backbone of a fast-growing healthcare robotics startup. She brings a Certified Scrum Master certification, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a diverse background in operations, people management, program coordination, and talent acquisition. Before joining Dopl, Sierra held roles at DISH Network and the University of Arkansas's Walton College of Business, where she built expertise in recruitment, program administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

As the daughter of a healthcare administrator and a first responder, Sierra has witnessed firsthand the impact of limited healthcare access - and is personally driven by Dopl's mission to change that.

Fun Fact: Originally from Arkansas and now proud to call Colorado home, Sierra loves paddleboarding, hiking, and soaking in hot springs. A dedicated traveler, she studied abroad in Spain and aims to visit every country in the world someday.
